Terms of Service

These terms apply when a business uses FDL. Please read them before creating an account. Last updated: 10 October 2026.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between TechInspire International Pvt. Ltd. ("TechInspire", "we", "us"), 129, Kazmi Complex, Ambala Road, Saharanpur 247001, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the business that uses FDL ("you", the "Customer"). By creating an account, buying a licence or using FDL, you accept these Terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

FDL is a business tool. It is offered to businesses, not to individual consumers for personal use.

2. Definitions

  • FDL or the Service: the FDL apps, dashboard, APIs and related services, including FDL Pro, FDL Ace, FDL Rapid, FDL iOS and FDL STL.
  • End Customer: a person who buys a device from you on an installment plan.
  • Financed Device: a device sold to an End Customer on an installment plan and enrolled in FDL.
  • Licence: your right to enroll and manage a Financed Device in FDL for the period you paid for.
  • Reseller: a Customer that we have approved to resell FDL Licences or offer FDL to other businesses.

3. Accounts and approval

  • You create an account by signing up in the FDL app with your business details. A referral may be required.
  • We review each account and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
  • You must give accurate business information and keep it up to date, including your email and phone number, so we can send you service and security messages.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your login details secure and give access only to your authorised staff. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Licences

When you pay for a Licence, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FDL for the matching number of Financed Devices during the Licence period, for your own business and under these Terms. Licence terms and prices are shown in the app, your order or your quote. Unless your order says otherwise, a Licence cannot be moved to another business.

5. Acceptable use and consent

You may use FDL only to manage devices sold on finance. In particular, you must:

  • Enroll a device only after the End Customer has agreed, in the financing agreement, to the device-management terms, including payment reminders, device restrictions on overdue payments and any data collected.
  • Apply device restrictions only as allowed by that agreement and by law, and release them promptly when the End Customer pays.
  • Remove FDL controls from the device once the final installment is paid.
  • Follow the consumer-finance, debt-collection and data-protection laws of every country where you use FDL.

You must not:

  • Use FDL to monitor, track or control any person or device outside the terms of a financing agreement.
  • Enroll a device that the End Customer owns outright, or that was not sold on finance.
  • Use FDL to harass, threaten or unlawfully pressure an End Customer.
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile FDL, except where the law allows it.
  • Share one login between several businesses, resell FDL without our approval, or try to get around licence limits.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of FDL.

We may suspend devices or accounts that break these rules.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your relationship with your End Customers, including the financing agreement, pricing, collections and complaints.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own records and backups where needed.
  • You must install app updates we release. Some features may not work on old app versions.
  • You must tell us promptly about any fault you find in FDL.

7. Devices, platforms and features

  • FDL works only on supported devices. Support depends on the device type, brand, model and operating-system version, and may change when manufacturers or platforms update their software.
  • Android and iOS features are different. FDL iOS offers only the features Apple allows, and only on iPhone and iPad devices enrolled through a supported Apple setup. You have no right to the same features on iOS as on Android.
  • Features on smart TVs (FDL STL) and other device types also depend on what each platform allows.
  • FDL uses services from platform providers such as Google and Apple. We are not responsible for changes they make that limit or remove a feature, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep FDL working.

8. Fees and payment

  • You agree to pay the fees shown in the app, your order or your quote. Fees are due when you buy a Licence unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Fees do not include taxes. You pay any applicable taxes, such as GST, unless they are already included in the price shown.
  • If you do not pay on time, we may stop new enrollments and suspend access until you pay.
  • Licence fees are non-refundable once the Licence period has started, except where the law requires a refund or we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You decide why and how End Customer data is used, and we process it on your behalf to provide FDL. You must have a lawful basis, and the End Customer's agreement where required, for all End Customer data you enter or collect through FDL.

10. Intellectual property

TechInspire owns FDL, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks. These Terms give you a right to use FDL, not ownership of it. You will never be entitled to the source code. You own the data you enter into FDL.

If a third party claims that FDL infringes their intellectual property, tell us promptly and send us any related documents.

11. Resellers and white-label partners

If we approve you as a Reseller or white-label partner, the separate partner agreement also applies. A Reseller must not give its own customers more rights than these Terms allow, must pass these Terms (or terms at least as protective) to its customers, and must not copy FDL in whole or in part.

12. Availability, updates and support

  • We aim to keep FDL available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates, internet or platform outages, or events outside our control.
  • We may update FDL to improve it, fix problems or follow platform rules. We will not remove core features you have paid for during your Licence period without a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund.
  • Support is available on WhatsApp, phone and email.

13. Warranties

FDL will work materially as described in our product information. If it does not, tell us and we will fix the problem within a reasonable time. If we cannot fix it, you may end the affected Licence and get a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

Apart from this, FDL is provided "as is". Software cannot be guaranteed to be error-free, and we do not promise that FDL will prevent every payment default or meet every need of your business. FDL must not be used where a failure could put a person's life or health at risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, unpaid installments or lost data.
  • Our total liability for all claims relating to FDL is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
  • These limits also protect our directors, employees and agents.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover TechInspire's losses and costs from claims by End Customers, authorities or other third parties that arise from your use of FDL, your financing agreements, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

16. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using FDL at any time. Paid Licences continue until the end of their period.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, do not pay, or use FDL in a way that could harm End Customers, us or others. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
  • When your account ends, your right to use FDL ends. You must release any devices still under FDL control as required by your financing agreements. You can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms. We will email you about important changes at least four weeks before they apply. If you do not agree, you may stop using FDL before the change applies and we will refund any unused prepaid fees. If you keep using FDL after that date, the new Terms apply.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

19. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These Terms, together with your order and any written agreement signed by both of us, are the whole agreement about FDL. If your own terms differ, ours apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for any import, export or local permits needed to use FDL in your country.
