Lock an enrolled iPhone or iPad when an installment is overdue and unlock it once payment is received.

Model, colour, serial number and the customer's SIM number in one place.
Lock bypass code
A protected Activation Lock bypass code, so you can release the device properly when the loan is closed.
EMI and sharing
Open EMI details, share information with the customer, or connect with them directly.

Which iPhones and iPads are supported?
Apple only allows management actions on devices that are enrolled in device management. Eligibility is confirmed during onboarding.
- The device must be enrolled at the time of sale, before it is handed to the customer.
- Devices are typically enrolled through Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment, or added using Apple Configurator.
- Some actions require the device to be supervised. Available actions depend on the enrollment type and iOS version.
- Devices already owned and set up by a customer generally need to be erased and re-enrolled before they can be managed.
Not every iPhone can be managed
FDL iOS does not work on iPhones or iPads that are not enrolled through a supported Apple setup. Our team will review your sales process and confirm eligibility before you start.

Can FDL iOS lock any iPhone?
No. Only iPhone and iPad devices enrolled through a supported Apple device-management setup can be managed. Our team confirms eligibility during onboarding.
Can I add an iPhone that the customer already uses?
In most cases the device has to be erased and enrolled again before it can be managed. We recommend enrolling devices at the point of sale.
Do I need an Apple Business Manager account?
For most financing setups, yes. Apple Business Manager is Apple's free portal for businesses to enroll devices. Our team can explain the process during your demo.
Can I manage Android and Apple customers together?
Yes. iOS customers appear in the same FDL dashboard you use for your Android customers.
Is FDL iOS affiliated with Apple?
No. FDL iOS is developed by TechInspire International Pvt. Ltd. and uses Apple's standard device-management framework. Apple, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc.
